What kind of shirts do you use?

Our kids’ designs are printed on Comfort Colors 9018 Heavyweight Youth T-Shirts. They are made from 100% ring-spun cotton with a soft, garment-dyed finish and comfortable, lived-in feel.


What sizes are available?

Our youth tees are available in sizes XS through XL:

  • XS: Youth 2–4

  • S: Youth 6–8

  • M: Youth 10–12

  • L: Youth 14–16

  • XL: Youth 18–20

These are youth sizes, not adult sizes. We strongly recommend reviewing the measurements on our size chart before ordering.

 

How should I choose a size?

Measure one of your child’s favorite shirts while it is lying flat. Compare the chest width from armpit to armpit and the body length from the top of the collar to the bottom hem with our size chart.

Because every child is built differently, the age ranges are approximate. When in doubt, use the garment measurements rather than age alone.

 

Are the shirts made to order?

Yes. Each shirt is made especially for you after your order is placed. Producing items to order helps us avoid unnecessary inventory and waste.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every shirt is made to order, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preferences, or changes of mind.

What if my shirt arrives damaged or incorrect?

We stand behind the quality of every Jane & Claire Co. order.

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once the problem is verified by our printing company, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because orders move into production quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately after ordering, and we will let you know whether your order can still be updated.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

 

How long will my order take?

Each shirt is made to order. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Once an order ships, delivery typically occurs within 5 to 7 business days.

You will be provided the tracking number. If any tracking issues arise, they should be reported after 7-10 business days of no updated. 

 

How do I care for my shirt?

To help protect the shirt and printed design:

  • Turn the shirt inside out before washing.

  • Machine wash in cold water with similar colors.

  • Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

  • Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

  • Do not iron directly over the design.

 

Will garment-dyed shirts look exactly the same?

Garment-dyed shirts may have slight variations in color and measurements due to the washing and dyeing process. These subtle differences are part of what gives Comfort Colors shirts their distinctive, lived-in appearance.
